Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://coastalpineneedlellc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
About Our Services. Coastal Pine Needle LLC offers Pine Needle Installation, Artificial Turf Installation, Landscape Maintenance, Yard Cleanup Service. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Coastal Pine Needle LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Coastal Pine Needle LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Coastal Pine Needle LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Coastal Pine Needle LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Pine Needle LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
